User Content & License

- By submitting User Content, you grant MBHP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for operating and improving the Services.
- You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.
- We may remove or moderate User Content at our discretion.
Purchases & Payments
Paid Services may be offered. Prices, fees, taxes, and billing terms will be disclosed at checkout or in an order form.
- All charges are due immediately unless otherwise stated. You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your payment method.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies.
- Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
Subscriptions & Trials
For subscription Services, your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each term unless canceled before renewal.
- Trial periods, if any, will convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
- You can cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Where physical goods are offered, additional terms apply:
- Shipping: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary by carrier and destination.
- Returns: Items may be returnable within the stated window if unused and in original packaging, unless otherwise noted.
- Refunds: Processed to the original payment method after inspection; shipping fees may be non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, software, and other materials, are owned by MBHP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MBHP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MBHP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MBHP FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100 (OR EQUIVALENT).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MBHP and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MBHP is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at the email below. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.
Arbitration & Class Waiver: Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, and not in a class, representative, or consolidated action.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending a written notice to our legal contact.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
- Revised Terms become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
- Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
